Are you ready to elevate your game during the off-season and be fully prepared for your upcoming school basketball season starting in early November? Look no further! We are thrilled to announce our 6-week Pre-Season Boot Camp, meticulously designed to equip players with the skills and conditioning they need to prepare for a successful school season.

 

Boot Camp Details:

• Duration: 3 weeks 

• Frequency: 1x weekly on Monday evenings

• Start Date: July 15th, 2024

• End Date: July 29th, 2024

• Time: 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm 

• Bring your own basketball, towel, and water to ALL CAMP sessions.

 

Our fast-paced, high-intensity Summer Boot Camp workouts are specifically tailored to build endurance, strength, and overall conditioning while refining footwork and honing all-around skills. We prioritize skill work, encompassing shooting, ball-handling, and defensive footwork drills. From shooting off the catch to executing moves off the dribble and screens, we’ll cover it all. Our dribbling drills will focus on attacking the basket, playing through contact, and reading defenses effectively. Additionally, we will dedicate time to defensive techniques both on and off the ball.

Not only will you develop individual skills, but you’ll also enhance your game within a team setting. The latter half of our training sessions will concentrate on game-play development, including offensive and defensive team strategies catered to the specific needs of the players.
