DIRECTORS INFORMATION

The Chicago Mustang Basketball Company is a youth basketball organization that will provide quality fundamental basketball instruction as well as teaching and developing life skills on and off the court within the team concept.

We will achieve these goals by coaching behavior first. The players will be expected to respect their teammates, opponents, coaches and officials. They will be taught to make eye contact while talking or being talked to, how to shake hands and introduce themselves, and how to make and take compliments and constructive criticism. Once these basic behaviors are learned we will focus on basketball skills. Main goal is to build confidence through hard work.
